UM too much for SPC, 81-55 in Gaisano South Cup
The University of Mindanao Lady Cardinals was too much for San Pedro College, 81-55 at the start of the women’s division of the Gaisano
South Cup Basketball Tournament, October 7, at the Gaisano South Sky gym.
Karen Cataluna scored 12 points, grabbed six rebounds, issued two assists and grabbed four steals to emerge best player.
In the men’s division, the Jose Maria College Kings subdued the DMMA College of Southern Philippines, 94-85 for their second win in three
games.
The Kings relied on Jomabon Bulac who drilled in 28 points, hauled eight rebounds, dished off one assist and tallied two steals to hand
DMMA its third straight loss.
