San Pedro Precinct beat the Buhangin Precinct, 49-44 for its first win in the 2007 DCPO Inter-Unit Basketball Tournament on Tuesday afternoon, November 27, at the Davao City Police Office covered court.
Buhangin dropped to its second straight loss.
In the other games, the City Mobile Group trounced the DCPO Headquarters (0-1), 48-42 for its first victory while Sta.Ana Precinct also posted its first win at the expense of Bunawan/Paquibato Precincts (1-2), 55-47.
Games will resume on Thursday, according to City Sports Coordinator Christopher "Bong" Go.
The tournament is presented by Mayor Rodrigo Duterte and sanctioned by the BAP-Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas XI under Regional Director Regino "Boy" Cua.Games on Thursday, November 29:
9:30 a.m.- Buhangin Precinct vs.City Mobile Group
11 a.m.- Sasa Precinct vs. Special Anti-Terrorist Unit
1 p.m.- San Pedro Precinct vs. Mobile Patrol Group
2:30 p.m.- Talomo Precinct vs. Bunawan/Paquibato Precincts
4 p.m.- Sta.Ana Precinct vs. Traffic Group
