Beatitudes Christian Fellowship and Maa Alliance Church square off on Sunday in Game 1 of the Best-of-Three final series of the Inter-Church Basketball League (ICBL) Duterte Cup Sixteenth Conference on Sunday, November 24, at the Davao City Recreation Center.
Game time is at 10 a.m.
The Sulpicio Lines-sponsored Beatitudes Christian Fellowship of Pastor Alex Villanueva banks on the services of Arnold Garces, Charlie Rosauro, Mark Yian, Gener Orlain and Medardo Ongco while the Maa Alliance Church will be bannered by former Davao Eagle Arvin Bonleon, Emmanuel Bonleon, Holy Child Stalwart John Mark Pinto, Alvin Pepito and former Montaña Pawnbroker Bambi Santander.
Beatitudes defeated last conference's champion Good Shepherd Church, 90-80 while Maa Alliance Church bested newcomer Deeper Life Church, 110-100 on November 18 to advance to the final.
Game 2 is on November 25 after the 1 p.m. battle for third place between Good Shepherd Church and Deeper Life Church. Game 3, if necessary, is on December 2, 2 p.m.
