TO JOIN:

2. Submit Completed Entry Form with Documents (Copy of NSO Birth Certificate/Waiver/Parents Consent) together with:

a. Boys 8-10 yrs: 12 empty boxes of Primovit Syrup

General Rules and Regulations

1. Each team shall have a maximum of 4 team members and a minimum of 3 team members.

2. No coaches shall be allowed for Midgets & Juniors Divisions. The Team Captain of each Team shall serve as “Coach.” ONLY THE MINI-DIVISION SHALL BE ALLOWED TO HAVE A COACH.

3. A “toss coin” determines which Team has the initial possession.

4. Baskets scored inside the arc is credited for 1 point. Baskets scored beyond the arc will be credited for 2 points.

5. Free-throws: Shall be equivalent to one (1) point. If a player is fouled in the act of shooting outside the arc, the player will be awarded two (2) free throws.

6. If the score is tied, a Free-throw Shootout requiring all the players will ensue. This process continues until the tie has been broken. Sequence shall be according to Player Number (1-2-3-4).

Players who are out of the game due to “Foul Out” or “Injury” cannot participate in Shoot-Outs.

7. Possession changes after made Baskets. No Interception during Inbound Passes.

8. When a defensive team makes a stop or gets a rebound they will have to clear the basketball first beyond the arc. (“Labas yung Bola”).

9. Game Formats:

a. Classification & Play-Off Rounds

i. Game duration will be 10 minutes “Running Time.”

ii. Each Team is allowed 1 Timeout during the Game.

iii. No timeouts can be called during the last the 2-minutes of a Game.

b. Play-Offs to Finals Games

i. Game duration shall be 12 minutes and “stop time” shall be implemented during the last 2 minutes of the Games.

ii. Each Team is allowed 1 Timeout during the Game.

iii. No timeouts can be called during the last the 2-minutes of a Game.

10. Each player is allowed 4 personal fouls, otherwise he/she “fouls out.” If the team has committed 5 team fouls, the team is in penalty and the fouled player will shoot 1 free throw.

11. Substitution is allowed during the course of a Game. In cases of players fouling out, if there is still a substitute, the substitute may play. If there is no more substitute, the team will just have to continue with remaining players. If only One player remains, the Game is forfeited. For Game Forfeiture Score is fixed at 11-0 irregardless of actual game score.

12. Participants playing in the next game are required to be at their respective court assignments before their scheduled game. There will be no grace period.

13. In cases of injury, the injured player may be replaced, but cannot return to the game anymore.

14. The Tournament Director and Organizers reserve the right to stop the proceedings and / or alter the rules which they believe is for the best interest (safety, sportsmanship and fair play) of the participants.

15. No Protests of any kind will be entertained. All decisions by the Game Officials and And1 Futures Tournament Committee shall be final and un-appealable.
